RAILCARS FOR FUTURE SERVICE

 Zephyr Route will operate future journeys with the following authentic cars which were once part of the former Burlington Route Zephyr trains. Several of these cars feature a vista dome, a safety glass enclosed seating area atop the car.  Vista domes are designed for maximum enjoyment of scenic views.

                             SILVER VIEW

Silver View will be appointed with individual winged-back parlor chairs, 24 seats will be in the vista dome, and a galley/bar. The Budd Company built Silver View for the Burlington Route Twin Cities Zephyrs.

    SILVER RIVER   SILVER STREAM   SILVER SCENE

Silver River, Silver Stream, and Silver Scene will each have 54 coach class style seats in pairs. Each vista dome will have 24 seats. The Budd Company built these cars for the Burlington Route Twin Cities Zephyrs.
